Olive groves

DEL TESORO OLIVE GROVES

From “Monte Massa” ancient varieties of olive trees branch off, plants that with their silvery foliage have their roots on an extension of fourteen hectares of land. The olive trees are one of the “treasures” of our Romagna hills together with the vineyards. The presence of several autochthonous varieties such as Correggiolo, Nostrana and Ghiacciola gives life to mono-varietal olive oils and blends with intense aromas and strong flavors. Along with these local species, there are some varieties selected in Italy and abroad, particularly suited for a delicate and fruity olive oil. The Don Carlo olive tree and the Picholine cultivar, from France, are variety with a high resistance to low temperature and from their olives we produce a high quality olive oil.
