SOIL
The olive trees are one of the “treasures” (tesori) of our Romagna hills together with the vineyards, extending with their silvery foliage from “Monte Massa”, 300 meters above the sea level, between the first hills of the Apennines, up to the foot of the hill. It is an olive growing area with an ancient tradition behind it. The Nostrana cultivar reigns supreme, but the olive germplasm is rich in other varieties such as Correggiolo and Ghiacciola.
In this small and unique Terroir an intensely flavoured olive oil is born.

TASTING NOTES
The colour is golden yellow with greenish reflections, limpid. Fruity, herbaceous and almond tones emerge on the nose.
On the palate it has excellent fluidity and cleanliness, softness and harmony with bitter and spicy notes, with a vegetable taste of artichoke.
The finish has hints of green almond and a slight spicy hint.
FOOD PAIRING
It is a versatile olive oil, but we suggest to use it raw and pair with steak tartare and fish soup.
CONSERVATION
Keep away from light and heat source
