THE OLIVE OIL
It is a blend of autochthonous and precious varieties of olive groves: 85% Nostrana, 10% Correggiolo and 5 % Ghiacciola.
It is an olive oil with an incisive scent, with fruity, herbaceous and almond tones. It is recognizable for its yellowish green colour and its fluid consistency. The processing takes place cold and the olives are harvested at early ripening, to maintain a superior quality and an incisive scent.
FOOD PAIRING
It is a versatile oil, is fluid on the palate, with sweet, bitter and spicy notes present in a balanced and harmonious way. We suggest to use it raw. It pairs well with steak tartare and fish soup.
