THE WINE
Wine made with Sangiovese grapes, it expresses without distortion what the land brings with it. It is the fruit of low yields per vine, an accurate selection of the grapes during the harvest, spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts and no addition of sulphur. The result is the fruit in the glass, an explosion of intense aromas and flavours that are confirmed on the palate, giving unique sensations.
FOOD PAIRING
It pairs well with Mora Romagnola cold cuts with stone ground spelled flour bread, and also with handmade tagliatelle with hare and wild juniper sauce.
