This wine has an extraordinary ability to age, or rather to grow. The colour is ruby red with great depth and elegance. The characteristic scent of sour cherries and vanilla, the perception of approaching something elevated reaches us with the taste where the ethereal essence is concentrated in a few sips, with a finish of soil, bark and truffle. Here the soil, the red clay, emerges overwhelmingly in the volume in the mouthfeel. On the palate it is austere and at the same time soft, enveloping and persistent with a slight silky salinity.
